Digitalocean, what’s wrong with you? I’ve been enjoying your service for a long time, but now I’m having problems with prepayment. I can’t make a prepayment, and support said they changed the policy and now prepayments are no longer allowed, but I couldn’t find any information on the internet. Could you please provide a link? I also noticed that unused funds expire after 18 months. Hello? What’s wrong with you?

This is the community forum so we do not have visibility into internal policy changes or the ability to share official documentation on your behalf. If you have a ticket id, feel free to share it here.

If support told you prepayments are no longer allowed, continue to communicate in the existing ticket and ask for other optionts etc.

For the 18 month expiry on unused funds, that is worth clarifying in the same ticket.
